“That’s right, my flag is bigger than yours”
I saw this man riding down Peace Street in Raleigh on Saturday morning. Wish I knew his story. Since I don’t, anyone up for writing a caption for this photo? Better yet, if you know why he cruises around town towing these flags, please fill me in.

David, thanks for the tip. I knew there had to be a story behind this guy. Unfortunately the link to the N&O article doesn’t work, but I got some more info thanks to you! BTW, I’m also really good at riding my bike with no hands!

He has a MySpace page which I totally can’t find right now. And there are some great pictures of him on Flickr, which I also can’t find. I’m batting zero! But he’s managed to make himself pretty famous around here.

This guy is great and you can always find him on the corner of Person and Martin Luther King next to the Lightner Funeral Home.
